Treblex LITHPLEX MOLYTAC EP2 is a high-performance Lithium complex soap base grease with a semi-synthetic base oil, EP additive system and a combination of solid lubricants, including graphite and molybdenum disulphide.TREBLEX Molytac EP2 Grease is a premium quality lithium complex Heavy Duty grease containing 3% Moly. It is a high-temperature, extreme-pressure (EP) grease designed to meet the demands of the most severe mining, industrial and automotive applications and conditions.
Molytac EP2 formulation includes additives that provide extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) protection, tackiness and adhesiveness agents that allow the grease to stay put under high water pressure conditions, in addition to its EP, AW and exceptional water resistance properties. Molytac also provides a high level of oxidation, rust and corrosion protection. The presence of Molybdenum Disulphide (Moly) at 3% wt in the formulation strengthens even further the wear protection properties, particularly for sliding and shock load conditions.
Molytac EP2 is a special grease that will provide outstanding service in demanding applications, particularly for expensive and key equipment.
The state-of-the-art equipment and procedures employed to manufacture Molytac provide this grease with high mechanical and storage stability. It will not break down under high mechanical stress. In storage, it will not alter the consistency or release oil.
