MOLYPLEX DRG2 is a special grease designed to provide protection against corrosion and metal to metal contact in diamond tip drill rods employed in rock drilling applications, particularly where high temperatures and high loads are encountered. MOLYPLEX DRG2 formulation consists of a high temperature lithium complex soap thickener together with Molybdenum Disulphide (Moly), Graphite and Zinc Oxide anti-seize powders that impart exceptionally high temperature, anti-seize properties. It also contains performance enhancing additives to protect against water washout, oxidation and corrosion.

The state-of-the-art equipment and procedures employed to manufacture MOLYPLEX DRG2 impart to this product a high degree of mechanical and storage stability. It will not breakdown under high mechanical stress. In storage it will not alter consistency or release oil.
